Follow financial change
Review changing income, operating receipts, liquidity, obligations, and payment patterns within the agreed scope.
Follow changing cash flow, obligations, and financial relationships after the original decision. Amlok Signal connects new evidence to the underwriting baseline so your team can review what matters.
Evidence-led monitoring. Your team decides how to act.
Compare the change. Keep the history.
Customers earn, spend, borrow, and trade after funding. Signal brings new evidence back to the original assessment so portfolio teams can examine changing capacity and connected exposure with the history in view.
Review changing income, operating receipts, liquidity, obligations, and payment patterns within the agreed scope.
Understand a change alongside the accounts, counterparties, and agreements that give it meaning.
Carry the observation, baseline comparison, and supporting records into the next assessment.
Explore four illustrative monitoring situations. Each separates the observation from its interpretation and the checks needed before action.
Illustrative CAD values; not a forecast or an approval threshold.
Different products need different signals, observation windows, and review criteria.
Connect cash generation, obligations, and commercial relationships as they evolve across SMB, commercial, and merchant-finance portfolios.
Review changing receipts, operating outflows, balances, and debt-service capacity.
Examine refunds, chargebacks, settlement differences, and the sources of deposits.
Follow supported customer, supplier, guarantor, and related-entity exposure within the agreed scope.
Monitor the evidence your institution is authorized to use. Your team determines the response.
Signal combines existing underwriting evidence with new information. Relevant changes can prompt reassessment within Signal while preserving the original assessment.
Define the borrower or business, the evidence baseline, authorized sources, and the monitoring scope.
Process new evidence as it becomes available through the agreed source and synchronization schedule.
Compare affected findings with the baseline. Examine material changes, exceptions, and evidence limitations.
Bring updated findings, summaries, and alerts to the institution’s review process. Your team decides the next step.
Change-driven reassessment is included in Signal. A detected event does not automatically trigger another Insights underwriting charge.
An overdue data refresh and a fall in revenue require different responses. Keep source coverage and freshness alongside the financial interpretation.
A provider notification, a successful synchronization, and an underlying business event are different moments.
Review consistent periods and definitions. Account for seasonality, transfers, reversals, and corrected records.
Keep missing coverage and uncertain relationships visible. Restore evidence before treating a gap as a financial signal.

Monitoring summaries and updated findings help teams understand the change without losing the reasoning behind the original decision.
Assess the relationship between changing financial conditions and the exposures you already hold.
Use current, permitted evidence to prepare a review or customer conversation.
Trace findings to the baseline and new records. Review what was known at each stage.
Agree the monitored population, available baseline, permitted sources, and required outputs. Set the refresh expectations and the responsibilities for reviewing findings before rollout.
Identify the borrowers or businesses, products, facilities, and evidence needed for the monitoring workflow.
Confirm permissions, source coverage, synchronization, and how evidence gaps will be handled.
Define who reviews findings and how the institution records its decision and any follow-up in its own systems.
Use Insights to establish the assessment and Signal to follow relevant change. Explore the API and available integrations for your workflow.
Within the agreed scope, Signal processes new evidence from authorized sources, compares it with an existing underwriting baseline, reassesses relevant changes, and produces updated findings, monitoring summaries, and alerts. The source coverage and financial definitions depend on your product and workflow.
Timing depends on when the source publishes a change, the provider’s refresh capabilities, and the synchronization agreed for your connection. Event notifications, scheduled reads, and on-demand workflows have different timing. A successful read of cached data does not mean the underlying source refreshed.
No. Change-driven reassessment using existing and new evidence is included in Signal. A detected event does not automatically execute or charge for Insights again. A separately requested new full underwriting for a new application or assessment scope is an Insights run.
Signal is designed for existing portfolios. Start by agreeing which borrowers or businesses are in scope, the baseline evidence available, the authorized sources, and the required monitoring output. The onboarding workflow establishes what is ready and what needs to be completed.
A stale feed, expired permission, or incomplete refresh is an evidence-quality issue. Keep that limitation visible, identify affected findings, and restore the connection through the agreed process. Lost visibility should not be presented as proof of financial deterioration.
Your institution determines how to act. Amlok supplies analytical findings and evidence for review. Changes to limits, terms, customer communications, coverage, pricing, claims, or servicing actions remain with your team and its systems.
Signal counts an active borrower or business once per workspace per calendar month, rather than charging separately for every account, facility, check, or alert. The combined workload determines the agreed Standard, Advanced, or Complex tier. See pricing for current rates and payment terms.
A point-in-time decision does not need to become a blind spot for the life of the deal.
