LIVE CHECKS / PUBLIC WEB SERVICES

Checking public services…

Checks run on request and refresh every minute. Results may be cached for up to 60 seconds.

Retrieving current observations.

Checking

Website delivery

Checks that the homepage is available from Amlok’s Cloudflare asset delivery. This does not test external DNS or every page.

Checking

Documentation

Checks the public documentation homepage over HTTPS. This does not test product API behavior.

Not connected

Product APIs & workflows

API, assessments, data connections, and webhook telemetry are not connected to this public page. Check your institution’s environment for their status.

Read the service report

Request /v1/service-status from your institution-issued Amlok API URL. The endpoint does not require an API key. Inspect the overall status, each service’s status, and the updated_at observation time. A successful HTTP response means the report was retrieved, not that every service is operational.

Check the workflow as well

Treat unknown, stale, or unreachable status as unconfirmed availability. A healthy API does not by itself confirm a completed assessment, fresh provider data, or a delivered webhook. Check the state and source coverage of the affected resource as well.

Report an incident

Contact support@amlok.io or your agreed incident channel with the affected environment, impact, time window, request IDs, and redacted diagnostics. Follow your support agreement for incident severity, coverage, and escalation.
