- Your signed agreement defines your service and commercial terms.
- Amlok supplies intelligence; your institution owns its decisions.
- Website examples and research do not guarantee an outcome.
This overview is a reading aid. The sections below provide the detail.
01Scope and applicable agreements
These terms describe use of the Amlok marketing website and the framework for doing business with Amlok. “Amlok,” “we,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. The legal entity supplying a contracted service is identified in the applicable order form or service agreement.
Access to paid products, APIs, customer workspaces, and enterprise services is governed by the applicable signed agreement, order form, data-processing terms, and agreed policies. Where these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, that agreement governs the contracted service. Visiting this website or requesting a meeting does not purchase a service or amend an existing contract.
02Permitted website use
You may browse this website, follow its links, and use its public materials to learn about and evaluate Amlok. If you act for an organization, only make commitments or provide information you are authorized to make or share. Respect applicable law and the rights of others.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, non-public information, or restricted services.
- Do not introduce malware, interfere with availability, bypass security controls, or use the site to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or submit information you have no right to disclose.
- Do not use Amlok or third-party marks to imply an endorsement or partnership that has not been authorized.
03Products, scope, and availability
Amlok provides risk intelligence supporting agreed underwriting and portfolio-monitoring workflows. Insights supports a full assessment using the agreed evidence snapshot. Signal supports monitoring and includes change-driven reassessment within its authorized scope. Verification, calculations, and permitted investigation are stages of these workflows, rather than permission to perform unrelated checks.
Supported sources, workload limits, jurisdictions, deployment options, and output requirements are established during onboarding and in the agreement. A catalog listing, illustration, research concept, or prospective feature is not a commitment that every capability is available in every deployment. Source access also depends on permissions and provider availability.
04Customer responsibilities
The institution is responsible for its authorized users, credentials, source permissions, notices, and the lawfulness of the information and instructions it supplies. Access should remain within the agreed workspace, purpose, and product scope.
The institution retains responsibility for lending and insurance policy, final decisions, required explanations and notices, borrower communications, and operational intervention. Findings should be reviewed in context, including evidence gaps, source dates, assumptions, and limitations. Amlok outputs do not authorize a use prohibited by applicable law.
05Fees, credits, and payment
The signed agreement establishes the monthly minimum, advance payment, applicable currency, unit rates, workload tiers, and any separately agreed services. The monthly minimum is funded for twelve months at signing and renewal; product usage draws from the shared prepaid balance. Additional top-ups fund usage when needed.
Insights consumes credits when the agreed full underwriting output is completed and published. Signal uses an account-month unit and includes reassessment within that scope. The applicable rate card and agreement set the precise charging rules. Pending payments are not available credits, and insufficient credits can prevent new billable processing.
Unused credits do not expire monthly while the account remains active. Renewal treatment, payment methods, and top-up settings follow the agreement and portal configuration. Website estimates support evaluation and do not replace an agreed quote.
06Cancellation and account closure
Under Amlok’s published account process, you may request cancellation at any time without a notice period through the client portal or, for enterprise clients, your account manager. Processing, usage deductions, and new or scheduled top-ups stop when cancellation is submitted or recorded. Pending processing is cancelled without another charge.
Account closure occurs at the end of the request month. Following reconciliation, the entire unused balance is refunded to the bank account saved in the portal; consumed credits are non-refundable. Bank receipt can take 7–10 business days after issuance. Export records you need before requesting cancellation.
Workspace deletion follows month closure and generation of necessary final information. Necessary final billing, refund, and bank-return records are retained separately from deleted workspace data. Review the applicable agreement and account instructions for your relationship.
07Confidentiality and personal information
Customer information and confidential material are handled under the applicable confidentiality and processing agreements. Permissions to obtain data do not automatically authorize every downstream use, including model training or other secondary purposes. These uses must be addressed in the relevant agreement.
Use approved secure channels for borrower records, identification documents, credentials, and other sensitive information. General website enquiry and booking fields are intended for business contact information and a brief description of your needs.
08Content, research, and intellectual property
Amlok and its licensors retain rights in their website content, software, designs, and marks. Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their owners. Public availability does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond permitted use or an applicable license. Statutory exceptions and separately licensed materials remain unaffected.
You may share links and use public materials for internal evaluation, preserving attribution and relevant qualifications. Obtain permission for other reproduction or commercial reuse unless the material’s license or applicable law permits it. Open-source and asset-specific notices govern the materials they cover.
Research results apply to the stated population, method, and observation period. Market statistics are contextual information, not Amlok performance guarantees. Illustrations, hypothetical scenarios, and generated photography do not depict a verified customer result unless expressly identified as such.
09External services and links
This website links to documentation, external research, social networks, and other services, and uses Cal.com for scheduling. External providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not establish an endorsement or responsibility for that provider’s content or availability.
If you use an AI-summary link, the destination service receives the request you open, including the public page reference. Check the destination before adding confidential information.
10Information, availability, and contractual protections
Public website content is provided for general information and evaluation. It is not legal, investment, lending, insurance, or other professional advice, and is not a promise of approval, loss reduction, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted service. Content may change, become outdated, or contain errors.
Service warranties, service levels, remedies, indemnities, liability limits, and termination rights are set out in the applicable agreement. This page does not introduce a new monetary liability cap, arbitration requirement, or waiver of statutory rights. Nothing here excludes an obligation or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
11Changes and questions about an agreement
We may revise these website terms as the website changes and will identify the updated date. A website revision does not, by itself, amend a signed contract or replace its notice and amendment procedures.
For a concern about the website or a business relationship, contact Amlok with a description of the issue. Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute procedures for contracted services are those specified in the applicable agreement, subject to mandatory law.
